I support organizations in the governance, security, and management of their information systems, with an approach focused on risks, business continuity, and decision-making.

With 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 17 years within the Ministry of Defense, I have held responsibilities covering IT system administration, security auditing, risk management, and then the management of cybersecurity projects in critical and highly regulated environments.

After interventions in sensitive contexts (emergency services, critical infrastructures), I have supported numerous large accounts and banking clients as a senior consultant, then independently, on topics of IS security governance, EBIOS RM, compliance, structuring the security function, and secure transformation of IS.

My positioning is that of a CISO / cybersecurity referent, capable of intervening in transition missions, strategic reinforcement, or supporting management, with a global vision integrating business, technical, and organizational challenges.

My objective: to provide visibility to management, structure realistic action plans, arbitrate priorities, and establish cybersecurity as a lever for trust and sustainable performance.
