For over 20 years, I have been using my management skills. These skills have taken on the color of the places occupied, depending on the actors and beneficiaries.

I have thus coordinated commercial and then training projects in Belgium and abroad, educational system reform, real estate management, multidisciplinary teams, youth gatherings of up to 20,000 people, the relaunch of a non-profit organization, the development of a university campus in Arlon, in connection with ULiège and partners in the Greater Region, responsible within Jobs@Skills (continuing education incubator) for the Province of Luxembourg and, recently, crisis manager.

Experienced, I can quickly take charge of any management project by relying on the resources available around me: I know how to identify the contours of a mission to quickly identify needs and gaps (of the company, its partners, and the client), I can leverage the skills of people present in the company and its environment, I can mobilize my network to best open up possibilities, I am solution-oriented and I provide myself with the means to achieve my goal, accepting a certain degree of risk.
