Following the acquisition of La Grande Récré stores by JouéClub, I was responsible for migrating the data of all stores to the new JouéClub point-of-sale system, Shopenco.
The challenge: to switch entire stores from a legacy system to a new platform, without data loss or operational disruption. I designed and developed a custom migration project (WinDev / WebDev) capable of extracting data from La Grande Récré systems and transforming it into integration files ready to be injected into Shopenco, store by store.
This involved managing communication between heterogeneous databases (SQL Server, Oracle, HFSQL), ensuring the reliability of mappings and formats, and industrializing the process for reusability across the entire network of stores. All accompanied by testing, acceptance, and technical documentation for controlled deployment across all sites.

I designed and developed the automatic data feed module for the Colibri sales forecasting system (Vision and Flow modules) for Retif, a subsidiary of the RAJA group.
The project: to extract management data hosted on AS400 and automatically integrate it into the Colibri web interface, without manual intervention. I developed the project interface under WinDev / WebDev 2025, as well as a scheduled task running nightly, which retrieves the data, formats it, and transmits it to the Colibri server via WebService.
Result: a reliable and fully automated flow, ensuring fresh and usable data every morning for sales forecasts, eliminating manual entry or manipulation. All accompanied by technical documentation, testing, and acceptance.
