After an Agile transformation of 4 products/development teams in the archiving domain, Docaposte engaged my services to support the teams and guide them in implementing the concepts learned in training.
This involved 25 people: 7 POs, 4 SMs, 14 developers. During my assignment, a reorganization was also carried out by merging 3 teams into one.

I worked on the '3A' approach with the teams: Learn, Apply, Own.
- Alignment workshop for Scrum, roles, Story Points concepts, prioritization, and Kanban principles.
- Supporting teams through change by listening, identifying obstacles, and following up on actions.
- Conducting audits of the 4 teams highlighting difficulties, anti-patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Establishing KPIs to measure progress and guide teams towards continuous improvement goals.
- Setting up boards, dashboards, and modifying JIRA levels for better progress tracking.

LaCoste engaged my services as part of its Agile transformation.

The main challenge was to stabilize the first SAFe train, actively supporting the teams through the numerous obstacles encountered and coaching them during their transition to SAFe. I played an active role in the train's recovery.

I take great pride in having successfully overcome a particularly extraordinary mission.

Here is a non-exhaustive overview of the actions I implemented:

★ Supporting 3 teams, totaling 31 people including 4 Product Owners, 14 developers, 3 testers, and 10 BAs.

★ Explaining and training teams on the fundamentals of Agility by teaching the approach, values, roles, and benefits.

★ Establishing KPIs to measure progress and guide teams towards continuous improvement.

★ Setting up and facilitating Agile/Scrum rituals with the teams (Daily, Review, Retro, etc.).

★ Guiding teams in their evolution by listening to their needs, identifying obstacles, and carefully monitoring the implementation of actions.

★ Proposing improvements to processes, train monitoring, and issue resolution.

★ Coaching managers and stakeholders to help them establish a value-driven product vision.

★ Facilitating the preparation and execution of PI Planning and leading SAFe events.

The challenge of this mission was to ensure the Agile transformation within Française des Jeux.

In a context where teams were firmly rooted in their traditional practices, I succeeded in charting a path for progress and making them aware of the strategic importance of continuous improvement.

Together, we laid the groundwork for a transition to Agility, demonstrating the concrete benefits of the change, which proved to be a success.

★ Coaching 3 teams (37 people): Android, iOS, and Web.

★ Supporting employees through change by listening, identifying obstacles, follow-up, and explaining approaches and benefits.

★ Facilitating all Agile events (Daily, Review, Retro, etc.) and encouraging their adoption by the teams.

★ Implementing KPIs and realistic, quantifiable objectives (OKRs).

★ Streamlining processes, reducing lead time, and improving anomaly reporting (loop back) from teams, intrinsically increasing team performance.

★ Creating and leading a community of practice for Scrum Masters.

★ Developing fun workshops for working groups: over 100 serious games conducted.

★ Repositioning quality at the heart of requirements.
