Stéphane Castelli

Senior consultant in commercial development and retail training, with over 20 years of field experience.

After a varied career in B2B sales, store management, and pedagogy, I now support retail and distribution companies in their commercial development: structuring sales teams, upskilling employees, and implementing results-oriented processes.

My expertise in commercial development is based on a rare dual skill set; I held technical sales positions in B2B (point-of-sale systems at Crisalid and Datronic) before taking responsibility for departments and stores (Mr Bricolage, Bracconi), where I managed daily commercial performance.

I now pass on this field experience through retail training missions: sales team training, negotiation techniques, customer reception, and in-store commercial animation. My background in teaching and socio-education (nearly 12 years) gives me strong pedagogical skills for transferring know-how.

With a Master II in Public Law and a Master's degree in Business Law, I also bring legal rigor useful for contractual and compliance issues in a commercial environment.
