Mission: Drafting and maintaining SLI documents to formalize service levels and operational procedures for MMs. Achievements / Responsibilities:

Collecting information from technical, business, and support experts. Drafting, updating, and structuring SLIs, procedures, and operating methods. Simplifying technical content into clear, usable documents compliant with standards. Synchronizing with evolutions (updates, changes). Managing versioning and document traceability. Participating in quality reviews and integrating stakeholder feedback. Participating in project meetings. Managing the customer database, updating BCNs and coded articles.

Analyze input data and manage workload with production teams. Draft and control technical documentation in compliance with standards and technical specifications related to business areas and clients (S1000D, S2000M, SLI, ATA 100, ATA2200, MAT10000...).

• - Performance: Create and track project schedule, Ensure delivery deadlines and quality of deliverables, Ensure customer satisfaction, Quality/Cost/Deadline guarantor.

• - Finance: Monitor turnover and profitability, Manage delivery orders.

Control and validation of technical documentation. Document correction. Creation of new sentences and reduction of translation costs. Piloting and training teams in Morocco. Control and officialization of TSBs. Glossary commission. Analysis and validation of COMREPA (Collaboration with engineers to ensure information accuracy).
