Steering IT Separation Activities (Multiple Missions)

Within the scope of several carve-outs in an international context, the missions involve assessing the impacts of entity separation on the current IT system, defining the appropriate governance to implement, and steering the evolutions required in the after-sales logistics domain to enable the two new companies to operate with the current organization, regardless of their subsidiary level.
