I have over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary project management, acquired in various industrial sectors such as steel, chemistry, electronics, and complex technical environments.

I have also managed European projects involving multi-skilled teams and international stakeholders. This experience has allowed me to develop a strong ability to coordinate various stakeholders, understand their respective constraints, and converge contributions towards a common goal.

My knowledge of technical professions is a significant asset for quickly understanding the issues in different sectors, identifying critical points, anticipating risks, and facilitating problem-solving.

I have managed projects in demanding contexts, marked by strong budgetary constraints, tight deadlines, high technicality, and significant industrial stakes. I am accustomed to taking charge of managing project and industrial risks, while maintaining a clear vision of priorities.

I fully embrace the objectives of the projects entrusted to me and I am personally committed to their success, with the aim of delivering within the deadlines, budget, and technical specifications.

Finally, my geographical proximity to Lyon will allow me to intervene easily and effectively in the Rhône Alpes region.
