When things get really heated in an organization, we often start with the leader: overload, difficult decisions, tensions within the executive committee, transformations that falter despite efforts. Then, very quickly, we realize that it's not just an individual issue, but a systemic one: power plays, silos, unspoken issues, contradictory processes, team burnout.

This is where I come in. I support leaders when individual coaching is no longer enough and the entire organization needs to shift. Together, we work to clarify what's really going on, to restore coherence between vision, decisions, and daily practices, and to create the conditions for teams to move forward again.

For over 25 years, I have managed and supported IT transformations in complex and multicultural environments. This field experience nourishes my perspective as a coach today: I understand the political, operational, and human constraints within which leaders must make decisions.

My framework is the ITA - Integrative Transformational Approach - developed by Belkacem Ammiar within the Koan Coaching firm. It's based on a simple observation: each major coaching approach (NLP, Process Work, Transactional Analysis, systemic, etc.), taken separately, shows its limitations. It is their living and conscious combination that produces unexpected results

My approach is systemic and very concrete:

- Executive coaching in contexts of high tension or strategic transformation.

- Coaching for executive committees and leadership teams when relationships, trade-offs, or cooperation become the crux of the problem.

- Organizational coaching to address root causes: operating methods, information flow, management culture, rituals, interdepartmental interfaces.
