I am a consultant, coach, and trainer with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, automotive, internet, and information systems (banking and insurance) sectors.

I generally work with organizations undergoing transformation towards agility and on complex projects, requiring expertise in both hard and soft skills. These projects often involve a multitude of stakeholders, the design of complex products and systems, and the need to define a methodological framework.

I hold numerous certifications (Requirements Engineering - IREB, Business Analysis - IQBBA, etc.) and I am certified as a Scrum Product Owner and SAFe Agilist/SAFe SPC for agility.

I am a founding member of several associations on requirements engineering and I lead numerous communities on social networks.

I am the author of several books in French:

1 book on implementing scaled agility for large French companies published by Hermès (2020),
1 book on agile project management at ENI (2021),

and several White Papers.
