Application intended for the program management to enhance assets (series, shows, broadcasting rights based on channels used, etc.).

• Coordination of subjects (with multiple stakeholders)

• Responsibility for the publisher-FTV relationship (communication in English)

• Writing semi-functional specifications for business validation

• Supervision of developments in GENIO (depending on evolutions, managing 1 to 4 people within a maintenance contract)

• Management of several batches of scope ranging from a few weeks to over 6000 man-hours (Coordination, control, planning negotiation, prioritization)

• Steering of technical and business acceptance testing

• Business support during acceptance testing

• Production launch management (package preparation, managing interactions with operations)

• Management of all project relationships with the business (needs expression, consulting, delivery, prioritization)

Project: MARGUERITE project as part of the SuccessFactors deployment for the HR department, replacing the existing ORPHEE application.

Large project (30 to 40 people).

Achievements:

• Supervision of GENIO data flow developments

• Acceptance testing of ORPHEE/MARGERITE data migration (RDD) using SQL and Excel

• Ongoing correction of acceptance testing through GENIO fixes (correction of entries, source consistency, GDPR compliance),

Project: Resumption of the INAV project, development of an inventory management data warehouse, initiated in 2020 by another provider but not completed.
