• - Lead, manage, and coordinate local teams (France and 11 European countries) responsible for level 2 controls on insurance;

• - Organize and supervise the reporting campaigns for the Insurance Control Plan;

• - Ensure that local teams follow up on level 2 controls for any incidents, risks, and recommendations (internal audits, Group, Regulator) within the insurance scope.

• - Management and deployment of the permanent control framework (scope: finance, insurance, accounting, and HR): implementation of frameworks, quality control, monitoring, and animation of the control system.

• - System animation: monitoring action plans for risk reduction and incident analysis, monitoring audit recommendations, carrying out assignments and training. As a management controller, I was responsible for the budgeting process for the international scope: animation and coordination of the budgeting process and the medium-term plan, optimization of financial performance indicator management, consolidation of analytical income statements.
