· Validation of input data provided by the client (administrative, logistical, and technical)

· Qualification of technical needs required to meet expressed needs according to specifications

· Management of purchases, material stock clearance, and planning of interveners necessary for the execution of work

· Verification of the proper execution of interventions

· Reporting on deployment progress to the project manager

SPIE ICS supports its client, La RATP, in the rehabilitation of its head office, "La Maison de la RATP" and "Val Bienvenüe" after 1 year of work.

These projects were designed to meet new working methods in dynamic spaces without assigned desks, offering places with more business synergy and transversality.

Within these projects, I was responsible for managing the support team dedicated to the requests/problems of employees who were reclaiming the premises.

AMOA for BNP PARIBAS group's real estate projects

(Liberation and sales of BNP premises) in Paris, driven among other things by new working methods: digital transformation, generalization of Flex office, and development of remote work.

3.5-year mission:

1.5 years in payroll outsourcing with ITG company

My role was:

•Successfully carry out various real estate projects in the Paris region and in the provinces

•Management and coordination of various IT stakeholders: business and external service providers

•Verification and control of services provided by subcontractors (Ensure follow-up of various deliverables)

•Change management resulting from digital transformations undertaken (User training and assistance)

•Implementation of workstation solutions: email client migration, remote work tool "Anyconnect", Soft telephony, shared printing (Office printing), access management.

•Organization of application testing with the business (Windows 7&10 and iOS System)

•Deployment of hardware and equipment: Ultrabooks, wireless headset provision...

•Management of incoming/outgoing stock and disposal of obsolete equipment
