Technical leader in an Office 365 expert team distributed across France, India, and the United States. I work on diverse topics such as creating PowerShell scripts, cross-tenant Office 365 migrations for acquired companies or those belonging to Michelin, as well as automating ServiceNow Service Requests.

Within the Back Office team, my role consists of managing the IT service provider to:

- Ensure the security and evolution of workstations in terms of patch management, antivirus, and Group Policies.

- Maintain and evolve the hardware catalog, masters, and infrastructure to enable upgrades to Windows 10 and Office 365, among others.

As the application manager, I am responsible for creating packaging standards, processes, and maintaining the application base for Eramet's Windows 7 and Windows 10 masters.

I also provide level 3 support for all the above points, as well as for the group's applications.

As a project manager, I carried out the migrations and upgrades of web browsers, from Internet Explorer version 8 to version 11, and the introduction of Firefox to meet all business needs, ensuring that business web applications and intranet sites function correctly. I also led the transition from Java 6 to 8.

In my role as application manager, in close collaboration with the project manager, I prepared the migration of applications for each site for the entire group. I maintain a dedicated packager for the mission and assist application managers in solving the application problems they encounter to maximize automated deployments via SCCM.

Expertise in Group Policy Objects, deployment of Internet Explorer 11, Active Directory, and SCCM 2012 R2 for MICHELIN and ABN-AMRO.
