Timetable Management:

- Participation in planning teaching and creating timetables in conjunction with training managers and other registrars in the office.

- Initial entry of timetables into the dedicated software and monitoring of changes (ADEsoft) - Consistent and efficient management of all spaces dedicated to training.

Administrative and Proximity School Registration Management - Bachelor's Degree:

- Proximity reception and student information on all registration matters.

- Information for teachers and external speakers.

- Entry of pedagogical registrations.

- Collection of exam topics, organization of deliberations, and technical assistance to juries, student/jury relations, support for grade entry.

- Configuration of Apoflux and Parcoursup applications, management of application files.

- Support for specific student populations.

- Preparation of study trips and field trips.

- Participation in the development and modification of timetables.

- Modification of MCCs with training managers.

- Participation in the development of provisional service sheets and verification of "completed" service sheets for teacher-researchers and speakers.

Other Activities:

- Communication and secretarial tasks for the Deputy Directors of the English and Spanish departments and other languages.

- Creation of tool documents and infographics.

- Regular dissemination and posting of information on LANSAD to all UPPA college students, by paper or on the UPPA website.

- Support for the common office, Master's program, and FTLV on missions within their scope.

- Participation in the redesign of Bachelor's degree curricula within the framework of the APC (Competency-Based Approach).
