At Orange, I was primarily responsible for investments and digital development, then for Public Policies for Digital Development. I worked with local authorities and institutional stakeholders to deploy broadband infrastructure and manage strategic territorial development projects.

I also coordinated complex projects involving public/private partnerships, technological innovation, and deployment strategy, in direct liaison with local and national decision-makers.

These experiences have allowed me to acquire recognized expertise in strategic project management, opportunity creation, and B2B partnerships, which I now use to help companies accelerate their growth and develop new offerings.

With over 15 years of experience in digital, energy, and innovation, I have held several positions, including director within a departmental authority.

My role covered strategic management (budgets, governance, management), business development (offer development, negotiations with operators, banks, institutions, B2B partnerships), and territorial transformation (digital and energy transition).
