Holistic thinking and independent work in cross-functional teams in the IT and media environment are very important to me during my project assignments. I greatly enjoy conceptualizing requirements and then translating them into a pragmatic and performant IT solution with the team. In my most recent project assignments, I have already gained extensive experience in individual implementation in an agile IT work environment. At Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH, I was able to successfully transition demand management for the fixed-line network (Cable + DSL) to an agile way of working, integrating internal and external service providers. As a Product Owner, I built my own Scrum team, conceptualizing technical requirements as a technical demand manager and translating them into user stories, representing my stakeholders (management). Through my many years of experience as a freelance project manager, I am very familiar with working in start-ups as well as in large corporations.
