Stefano Moawad

I am a founder, investor, and former BCG with a focus on procurement, supply chain, growth strategy, and real asset development.

I currently lead Nexus Paxis, a boutique consultancy helping companies reduce total spend, redesign growth strategies, and execute end-to-end transformation & innovation programs.

Before that, I spent 8 years at Boston Consulting Group, where I worked across growth strategy, M&A, procurement, and supply chain transformations. I supported large international organizations in redesigning business models, optimizing cost structures, and delivering complex operational improvements, often working directly with C-level executives, leaders, and executors.

Alongside my consulting activity, I build and invest in ventures across multiple sectors. I am currently developing padel and sports real estate projects, with direct involvement in site development, construction, and funding. In parallel, I am investing in wellness and fitness ventures focused on personal training and pilates.

My profile sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: I work both as an advisor on high-impact topics and as an operator and investor in middle and small companies.

I have an international background that spans Europe, the US, LatAm, and the Middle East, which has shaped my ability to operate across cultures, markets, and business environments.
