I bring HR from administration to value creation: performance, processes, culture development, recruiting, talent management, negotiating with works councils, conflict resolution - implemented clearly and courageously. My focus is on professionalizing HR departments - in good balance between the highest level of expertise, business relevance, as well as empathy and interest in people. The basis of my actions is my cooperative and appreciative attitude, genuine listening to understand the perspective of the other side, as well as demanding and embodying the ability to change. In my self-understanding as an HR manager, I am measured by results that are supported by management, executives, employees, and works councils.
