I accompany people in challenging life situations and in phases of inner or outer crises.

My professional experience is based on many years in the educational field as well as working as a street worker, particularly in the context of addiction and social stress situations. This work has given me deep insights into very different life realities – and shown me how crucial relationship, trust, and genuine encounters are in processes of change.

In my current work, I offer social and life counseling. My focus is not on quick solutions, but on the joint development of orientation, stability, and new courses of action.

I work calmly, clearly, and at eye level. People are allowed to be as they are with me – without judgment and without pressure.

I support you with:

• sorting thoughts and understanding situations better

• rediscovering your own resources

• developing new paths step by step

Counseling is flexibly possible – online or by phone.

Group offers or accompanying group processes can also be part of my work.

It is important to me to create a space where development becomes possible again – at a pace that suits the individual.
