-Headfirst Group BV - project consultant; refining internal reporting, alignment with continuous growth of this scale-up.

-Timber And Building Supplies NL (TABS) - a.i. sr. business controller; for the brand Pontmeyer assisting in the daily support of the location managers in financial performance excellence. Year budget process and large project margin calculations and evaluations.

MN - project consultant; leading project manager for the finance department during the development and integration of the new operational application landscape. Alignment with local law and reporting requirements (AFM-DNB).

During long-term leave of the PO, acting as A.I. PO for the Finance dev. Team.

Main tasks are leading the team, project management on various large projects such as the restructuring of the company and alignment with the Business Finance.

This temporary role adds value to my current experience and knowledge of the Business Finance, by growing in the 'behind the scenes' data language and way of working while at the same time increasing my experience in managing a team (10+ fte).

Strategic advice for various business units within EMG, guiding the integration of new acquisitions (Quadia / Motionmakers). Project support, customer-project margin analyses and multi-year budgets.
