Migration of the Nomos tool to its latest version, VIYA, published by SAS, for the French-speaking international perimeter (Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco). This project aimed to modernize anti-money laundering and anti-fraud systems while transforming associated processes.

• Full implementation of the Agile methodology within a team initially unfamiliar with these practices, accompanied by change management to foster stakeholder adoption and ensure project fluidity.

• Management of Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, PI Planning) and active backlog management, while organizing ancillary events to align stakeholders.

• Preparation and facilitation of the operational committee every three weeks to monitor project progress, in close collaboration with Private Banking Business.

• Direct contribution to the migration from Nomos to VIYA, ensuring the improvement of anti-money laundering and anti-fraud scenarios, and their compliance in the new tool.

Implementation of the Trade Tracker Advanced tool, a digital solution that allows clients to track the status of their Trade operations in real-time.
