I am a corporate trainer and coach. I help leaders, managers and their teams, executives, and entrepreneurs to evolve and reveal their best selves for the benefit of their organizations. We all have talents and skills within us. I build on this foundation to encourage potentials to challenge themselves and reveal themselves even more. I help clients become aware of what they currently have at their disposal to take them further.

After more than 15 years in management and supporting agile transformations, I wanted to enrich my experience by training at the highest certification level, RNCP 6, to become a certified professional coach.

I specialized in the prevention and management of stress and psychosocial risks, as well as in organizational innovation and transformation.

Coaching is a privileged moment, a safe space between the coach and the coachee. It helps to remove the obstacles that prevent us from accessing our potential.
