Audit Strategic and clinical audit mission for a private hospital group "gruppo ospedaliero san donato" (Italy), focusing on the feasibility of creating a dedicated service for emerging issues related to digital uses (mental health, sleep disorders, problematic usage, cyberviolence). Intervention focused on scientific, clinical, organizational, economic, and regulatory analysis, including the structuring of a feasibility audit, definition of scenarios (specialized consultation, coordinated pathway, dedicated unit), and development of a decision-making framework based on measurable indicators and ethical, GDPR-compliant governance (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
