I have been a firefighter since 1992, and I specialized in this profession as a sports educator.

By observing and listening to the people I encountered, both operationally and in sports, I realized that I was missing a field of expertise to better support my clients and victims during interventions.

It was therefore natural that I turned to sophrology, hypnotherapy, and nutritional coaching.

With all these approaches, I can now provide comprehensive or specialized support, individually or in groups, on a wide variety of topics.

I enable my clients to reveal their potential by working on their resources and abilities to achieve their goals of well-being, performance, and alignment.

My qualities of listening, non-judgment, and presence lay a solid foundation for each individual's fulfillment.
