As an IT Program Manager, my responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs (transport, intermodal, finance, HR, IT) to build digital products with high operational value.

• Defining the product vision and business objectives in alignment with internal stakeholders and end-users.

• Building, prioritizing, and managing product backlogs (features, user stories, technical dependencies) in a multi-team and multi-domain context.

• Managing functional and integration testing, tracking anomalies, and arbitrating priorities until production.

• Monitoring product indicators (adoption, performance, service quality) and continuously improving deployed solutions.

• Contributing to the adoption of pragmatic agile practices suited to an industrial and regulated environment.

As the PFS TV project manager, I am in charge of all Orange France and Africa TV projects in a Safe Agile environment.
