• Preparation and facilitation of weekly operational monitoring meetings for the line parameter verification process; Assigning lines to verify to team members; Writing operating procedures

Line Data Operational Maintenance

• Monitoring and updating line parameters following field evolutions; Monitoring field control execution; Analysis, monitoring, and qualification of reported issues

• Anomaly management, regression testing for Salesforce CRM and KBMax.
