Description

After 7 years at Molotov TV — first as a Go backend developer, then Tech Lead and Engineering Manager — and a stint as Head of Software Engineering at Wiremind on Eventori, their revenue management product for stadiums and concert halls, I'm going freelance to tackle high-value subjects: architecture, developer experience, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure.

I intervene where technical debt and organization intersect: teams too dependent on a few key individuals, micro-services difficult to test, unstable pipelines.

At Molotov, I designed a Kubernetes workspaces system that allowed each developer to deploy and test their changes in real conditions within minutes from their workstation. I also structured the team's Go practices to increase their autonomy.

I offer three types of engagement: Go/DevOps/Cloud technical missions, technical audits, or Fractional CTO support for teams without dedicated technical leadership. I am also a co-founder of a tech project (NuCorder), which gives me a product and business sensibility useful for missions that go beyond the purely technical scope.
