I assist major groups with their strategic projects by providing my expertise in three key areas:

IT Tenders: support in drafting, analyzing, and securing responses to maximize chances of success.

Budget Management: cost optimization, rigorous expense tracking, and financial balance control.

Large Project Management: cross-functional management, coordination of teams and partners, adherence to deadlines and commitments.

With a dual strategic and operational vision, I ensure that each project creates sustainable value and achieves its objectives within a controlled framework.

A Team Leader and Account Manager at CNS Communications is responsible for both the operational management of assignments and client relationship management.
