❖ Understand business processes, integration concepts, and the software development life cycle to support operational needs

❖ Identify, model and implement process improvements, including automation, resource optimization, and trade-off analysis

❖ Monitor process performance, provide impact assessment and recommend actionable enhancements

❖ Act as Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert for operational processes across multiple projects

❖ Create and maintain project roadmaps, requirements, and test strategies, and aligning them with the business goals

❖ Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, marketing and C-level management to ensure successful project outcomes

❖ Manage and support multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities

❖ Contribute to the creation, review and execution of Global Service Delivery plans

❖ Drive product serviceability, cost analysis and client expectation

❖ Ensure readiness across education, spare parts strategy, support structure, and

delivery teams

❖ Serve as key contact between Offering, Delivery, GEOs, and business partners

❖ Advise on plan evaluation, updates and lifecycle improvements

❖ Address market and country specific requirements and needs

❖ Define and implement KPI targets

❖ Lead initiatives to improve delivery, growth, cost and market penetration

❖ Host weekly forums with GEOs, markets, manufacturers to address

changes/challenges

❖ Support markets on bids, deals, new processes, and continuous improvement
