La Dolce Riviera is a SaaS platform for connecting economic actors on the French Riviera, designed and developed entirely on Bubble.io. I manage its product, technical development, and business development simultaneously.

Product Management: Defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, managing development cycles, and coordinating stakeholders. Tracking progress, managing technical and functional trade-offs.

Bubble.io Development - Front & Back

Complete design and development of the platform, from the database to the user interfaces:

- Multi-step registration system with dynamic verification of user roles and statuses before connection (via API Connector in synchronous backend workflow mode, server-side privacy rules bypassed)

- Matching system between members based on business criteria

- Integrated application system

- Internal messaging between users

- Complex workflows and automations (notifications, triggers, state management)

- API integrations: Stripe (payments, subscriptions), API Connector (synchronous/asynchronous external calls)

- Customized transactional emails + custom password reset page

- Dynamic URL updates in multi-step forms

- SEO optimization (page structure, metadata, clean URLs)

Design & UX: Designing interfaces and user journeys, visual consistency of the platform, design of email templates and key pages.

Business Development & Partnerships

Identifying and approaching local economic partners, developing the network of actors on the French Riviera, commercial positioning of the platform.

Created a demo for Thermisure, an architecture and engineering company: automating inspection schedules, intelligent agent assignment, integration with Monday.com and Airtable. Report generation via OpenAI and Make. Focus on operational challenges, efficiency, and traceability. A demonstrative project highlighting the strengths of No-Code in a demanding operational context.

Implemented an automated customer ticket management system: reception via Tally form, email verification by ZeroBounce, status processing in Airtable, automatic sending of notifications, and report generation. Structured a complete scenario in Make, including conditional logic and routes.
