Certified Scrum (CSM, CSPO, PSM I, PSPO I, PSD, PSU) and Kanban (KMP), AgilePM and in Change Management, I am a facilitator trained in the principles of Management 3.0 as well as in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and materials.

NLP Practitioner as well as in Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach (ANC), and certified Profil'INC Consultant, I conduct personality tests and candidate profiling.

Synergologue®, I specialize in non-verbal analysis and am therefore able to analyze behavior and non-verbal cues in employees, candidates, etc. (stress, discomfort, lies, etc.).

I assist project teams (IT, designers, marketing, human resources, etc.) and company management in their continuous improvement. I help them adapt their working and organizational methods by implementing the fundamental principles highlighted by the Agile Manifesto.

I am constantly interested in and continue to train in techniques that allow me to offer the best service to my clients (coaching, Agility, etc.).
