    • Served as sole Product Designer for 4.5 years (part-time to full-time in Mar 2023), owning the full design scope of a softPOS platform running in 30k+ stores with 500k transactions per day across 40+ partner whitelabels, including some of Europe's largest retail brands.
    • Built the design system from scratch, introducing a customization framework and a prototype first partner feedback process that cut theme delivery time from ~30 to under 10 days.
    • Led the UX research and redesign for a self-checkout pilot in a national supermarket chain, increasing the task success rate (tap activity) from ~75% to 95%+ and time-to-tap to under 5 seconds, validated through field observation and retailer-reported data, directly resulting in the biggest to date contract (~€500K in ARR).
    • Brought forward EAA compliance gap before it came into effect, led a full accessibility audit across iOS and Android apps, and owned the remediation design, including a custom PIN accessible solution that took payment security into account.
    • Designed a multi-role self-serve backoffice platform to reduce customer support involvement in merchant onboarding (currently a fully manual process), projected to bring that figure from 100% to ~10% and reduce support tickets by ~30%. The platform is currently in development.
    • Suggested and led the redesign of the company's website, from information architecture to developing and maintaining it in WordPress.

    • Designed and helped shape a three-sided travel web marketplace from 0 to 1 as sole designer, digitizing an existing informal cash-commission system. The product secured $865K pre-seed and eventually £1.7M seed funding.
    • Identified the biggest drop-off risk for tour organizers and removed it by designing an import tool for existing tours (paste a TripAdvisor, Viator, or GetYourGuide URL), validated directly through organizer interviews.
    • Designed a system where tour organizers can manage their bookings easily and interact with hosts regarding the commisions for tour referrals.
    • Focused on preserving the trust factor from face-to-face interactions by designing a whitelabel landing page system for host pages and their chosen recommended tours.
    • Designed whitelabeled print templates with QR codes for the host's common areas and rooms to capture travellers' intent and help bridge the physical to digital gap.

    • Designed a self-serve OOH advertising platform end-to-end as sole designer, translating AI camera technology (real-time mood, attention, and demographic data) into full web, Android, and iOS products, directly contributing to a $700K seed round.
    • Set and hit a sub-3-minute booking target: simplified campaign creation to 3 steps with live device previews for asset upload, validated through user testing.
    • Designed the analytics dashboard around advertiser decisions rather than raw data output, turning metrics (attention time, mood reactions, demographic breakdowns) into a performance view advertisers could act on immediately, which was previously not possible in OOH advertising.
    • Ran primary and secondary research and presented the product in investor pitches.
