From a database, I was in charge of telephone and email prospecting in order to:

generate qualified appointments

and/or send commercial proposals.

The relay was then passed to the account manager.

I was the first point of contact for future students, responsible for advising them, guiding them, and supporting them in their training project until their enrollment.

I practiced active listening and presented the solution adapted to the student's needs.

My argumentation was done by phone, email, or chat.
