Context: The Core Data teams work on ingesting data into GCP cloud in RT or Bash to build Sephora's Golden Source Data and then prepare the data for various products. Leading and monitoring "Data Products" projects within the "Customer & Loyalty" scope. Supporting the PO in preparing and monitoring "Data Portfolio" projects. Preparing Sprints and monitoring work with 3 Squads (Capacity, story readiness, identifying and tracking risks and dependencies). Preparing and organizing PI with the RTE (Communicating KPIs, feature progress status, team capacity, feature/epic readiness). Facilitating agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily, Retrospective, Review and Retro, Backlog Refinement, PI preparation workshops "Product Backlog". Reorganizing Squads to improve alignment with business objectives. Implementing practices that foster autonomy and performance (DoD, DoR, Team Charter, Product Vision). Coordinating cross-functional Data projects. Ex: Opening a new store in Oman. Technical environment and tools: GCP, BigQuery, MongoDB, API, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence

Context: Decommissioning of the Data Legacy System "Vie et Santé" and migration of data to a new System (Sophia Program). Leading the Data part of the SOPHIA program: budget monitoring (Consumed, Remaining to be Allocated), schedule monitoring and updating, identifying and communicating risks, coordination between the service center and the Sophia Program PMO. BI Life & Health Squad (ScrumBan): Planning and facilitating agile rituals, supporting the team in preparing and prioritizing the backlog, monitoring RUN. Responsible: Budget leadership within the Squad, escalating alerts to the Tribe and business leaders, monitoring service center activities. Tools: Oracle, BO, Jira, Confluence, Miro

Context: Within the Data ITG pole, regulatory projects are being carried out to meet the compliance requirements imposed by regulators. ASTERIA – Regulatory stress testing application (04/2020 – 02/2021): Organizing and facilitating agile rituals, reporting project progress to managers, backlog management and prioritization with the PO, validation and monitoring of projects with security and compliance architects, budget monitoring, schedule monitoring and communication to the business. Cardif Reports – DataViz Project (TABLEAU) (04/2019 – 04/2020): Supporting the implementation of an MVP solution, challenging business needs, prioritizing needs with the PO, writing stories, monitoring and communicating project progress to the business. ARC – Regulatory Application (11/2017 – 04/2019): V-cycle management, risk management, MOA/MOE/Prod coordination, budget and schedule management, monitoring TMA work in Romania, weekly communication to managers on project status.
