Mission:

Within the Architecture & Technology Standards IT Department, supporting business and technical teams in the design and validation of robust and secure architectures, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the BPCE group.

Major achievements:

Integration and qualification of SaaS solutions:

o Evaluation and qualification of Cloud SaaS solutions (Drive Engage, Vocaza, Monday, OneStream, Fatca CRS Sopra Banking Software).

o Preparation of architecture files including security analysis, hosting, compatibility and submission to internal validation committees.

o Collaboration with publishers to align their solutions with BPCE's IT standards.

Result: Integration compliant with the group's security and architecture requirements.

Deployment of an AI solution in microservices:

o On-Premise integration of the Azure AI Speech agent for speech-to-text conversion, used by the teams of the General Secretariat of Top Management, to generate automatic reports.

o Development in microservices architecture on OpenShift, with a backend for processing conversions and an interactive frontend for users.

Result: Automation of transcriptions and improvement of the productivity of management teams.

IT obsolescence management program:

o Piloting the remediation of IT obsolescence on the scope of 100+ applications and 300+ databases (oracle, DB2, MS SQL, MySQL).

o Coordination of patching, migration, application redesign and infrastructure modernization strategies.

Result: Reduction of the obsolescence rate below 10%, reaching the target set by the ECB for Q4 2024.

Mission:

Within the IT base Directorate, piloting cross-functional technical projects on the Datacenters, Cloud and Cybersecurity perimeters, ensuring compliance and alignment with the IT strategy of the ALLIANZ group.

Major achievements:

Deployment of the CyberArk bastion (GPAM project):

o Implementation of the PasswordVault secure vault, guaranteeing the traceability and security of access to critical IS.

o Definition of the responsibility matrix: management of reading, writing, privilege escalation rights and review of sensitive accounts.

o Organization of training and writing of documentation to ensure the transition to a secure double RUN (direct access vs traced access via CyberArk).

Result: Compliance with the security requirements of the ALLIANZ group and the European Union, reduction of risks related to privileged access.

Development of reusable PODs on OpenShift for DevOps teams:

o Contribution to ALLAINZ's Cloud First strategy by developing reusable containerized PODs, allowing DevOps teams from business tribes to accelerate their application integrations.

o Development of standardized microservices integrated into the OpenShift PaaS managed by AZTEC, guaranteeing rapid adoption and standardization of deployments.

Result: Acceleration of the adoption of microservices architectures, improvement of scalability and management of cloud workloads.

Mission:

Within the IT Operations Department, coordination of major technical projects related to business continuity, infrastructure migrations and system integration in a context of mergers, acquisitions and asset disposals.

Major achievements:

Virtualization of workstations for the sale of ZENTIVA (Veronese Project):

o Design and deployment of a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution based on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, guaranteeing ZENTIVA employees secure and smooth access to their tools after the sale.

o Management of the SANOFI constraint not wishing to sell its laptops, requiring the establishment of a turnkey work environment.

Result: Maintaining operational continuity for ZENTIVA teams after their purchase by ADVENT.

Integration of systems and data exchanges (Beyond Carve-IN Project):

o Management of the integration of 200+ business interfaces between SANOFI and Boehringer Ingelheim in several regions (Europe, Asia, South America)

o Optimization and deployment of new data exchange flows to guarantee system interoperability.

Result: Resumption of production and distribution activities of over-the-counter medicines under the management of SANOFI.

IT Migration & Business Continuity (Peacock Project):

o Piloting the migration of critical infrastructures following the split between Sanofi-Pasteur and Merck.

o Deployment of Citrix farms (20+ servers) supporting 250+ simultaneous connections, ensuring access to business applications (SAP, Office, Web tools).

Result: Maintaining uninterrupted production and distribution operations of vaccines post-separation.
