Co-founder of Nexitus, an IT consulting company specializing in Cybersecurity. Directly responsible for the creation and complete structuring of the company. My role consisted of laying the strategic, financial, and operational foundations (including initial recruitment, process implementation, and service offering definition), while ensuring the acquisition of the first clients and the successful launch of projects.

Provide expertise and advice on all legal matters (labor law, commercial law, corporate law, tax law, URSSAF, IP); Ensure compliance with legislation in various areas (taxation, HR, corporate law, contract law, collective relations, etc.); GDPR compliance, monitoring of employee thresholds, etc.; Drafting and revision of all types of contracts (framework agreements, NDAs, license agreements, intra-group agreements, etc.); Primary contact for administrations (URSSAF, DREETS, DGFIP); Management and follow-up of litigation in various areas (URSSAF, DREETS, labor court, commercial court, tax court); Management of restructuring operations and all legal secretarial duties; Monitoring of insurance and trademarks; Debt collection management (formal notices, payment orders, summary proceedings for payment); Management of CSE elections for the group; Overhaul of all HR processes (employee monitoring, expense management, part-time work, international secondment).

In litigation: Drafting of summons, pleadings, formal notices, and various correspondence; Legal research and monitoring; In corporate law: Approval of accounts (EURL, SARL, SAS); Company restructuring (share transfers, business transfers, asset transfers); Review of commercial leases.
