As Product Owner, I worked closely with Marketing and development teams on several international projects such as the redesign of the group's websites, feasibility study for a new CMS, and the implementation of a new cookie policy.

Tasks performed:

- Identification and analysis of business needs from different Business Units (France and Germany)

- Scoping and roadmap preparation

- Definition of product vision and scope

- Backlog creation, priority management, and deadline adherence

- Sprint planning and monitoring

- Test case writing

- Facilitation of project meetings (Steering Committee, SCRUM ceremonies)

- Reporting project progress to IT and raising alerts and risks

- UX mock-up validation

- Feasibility study for CMS change

- Analysis of existing systems and study of new needs

- Participation in vendor presentations (Contentful and Adobe) and preparation of internal meetings to analyze feedback from internal teams

- Preparation and validation of workflow processes to be implemented (content management, access rights, translation...)

- POC planning and organization

- Management and steering of the current CMS RUN

- Coordination between internal teams and external vendors

- Definition of compliance rules for the new cookie management tool in coordination with DPO teams

- Coordination between the vendor and internal teams for the implementation of Onetrust on the group's websites

- Acting as the interface between business (France and Germany) and development teams (Tunisia)

As Product Owner, I worked on the implementation of strong authentication for the BPCE group's web and mobile applications.

My tasks:

- Preparation of business workshops to identify needs

- Prioritization of topics and roadmap definition

- Preparation of UX workshops and mock-up validation

- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria

- Preparation and participation in SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review, Sprint Retrospective)

- Testing of deliverables and preparation for production releases

- Use of team velocity for sprint progression

- Presentation of project progress to various stakeholders
