As a freelance pedagogical engineer and Elearning project manager, I support the Vinci Construction group in designing e-learning modules and managing digital projects. I have structured internal processes, framed several strategic projects, and produced interactive content on Rise, Storyline, Vyond, and Genially. I am involved in scripting, creating engaging activities, and multi-stakeholder coordination. My approach combines project rigor, digital creativity, and operational efficiency.

Design of e-learning modules and pedagogical tools for officials, coaches, technicians, referees, and managers. Creation of interactive content: animated videos, quizzes, micro-learning, blended learning materials. Pedagogical scripting and structuring of digital courses. Project management, needs analysis, coordination with subject matter experts, all federation leagues, and internal teams. Modernization of the federation's digital training offering. Use of tools: Articulate Storyline, Genially, Vyond, Canva... Administration and animation of the Teachup and Spoteef platforms.
