Throughout my years of experience, I have observed a growing number of employees reporting situations related to workplace distress: stress, harassment, conflicts, suffering...

In parallel, I noticed that leaders and internal prevention stakeholders (HR, QSE, etc.) were faced with complex challenges in effectively addressing these issues, which led to employee disengagement.

These observations allowed me to identify needs in occupational health and led me to support companies in strengthening their prevention approach, by offering a fresh perspective and a structured approach to assist them.

My added value: being on the ground, with a comprehensive and preventive approach, combining operational and natural techniques.
