Frame the project upstream: understand client expectations, identify product objectives, advise the client on methodology and planning. Conduct primary and secondary research: field observation, user interviews, direct and indirect competitive benchmarking. Analysis and identification of friction points and areas for improvement: ergonomic audit, user journeys, user flows, personas. Design interfaces: facilitate co-design workshops, create wireframes and graphic mockups. Create prototypes: verify functionality, present to the client to validate user journeys and graphic design, prepare user testing, and ensure design/development consistency. Conduct user testing: to observe their actions on the prototype, validate hypotheses, and improve the product. Integrate mockups in HTML and CSS.

Design conception of web pages for new website creation and redesign projects. Creation of website mockups in collaboration with the development team.
