At Datadog, I have spent approximately two years serving as an Engineering Manager within the Data Platform and AI Business Systems organizations. Starting in 2026, I took over the Developer Experience team, where I lead a group of six data engineers and one frontend engineer. My work focuses on the analytics monorepo, covering repository structure, CI, AI tooling, and dependency management. During this time, I successfully reduced CI duration by 35% and automated the onboarding process for tools like Spark, dbt, and Airflow, cutting the setup time from two weeks down to two hours. I also managed a project to migrate the entire repository's Python formatting to Ruff. 

Prior to this role, I managed two Applied Science teams totaling 10 scientists within the AI Business Systems org until the end of 2025. In this position, I owned hiring, career development, and technical contributions for several AI-powered solutions. Key projects included building a RAG-based tool for technical support to suggest solutions for customer tickets, as well as developing systems for prospect scoring, revenue forecasting, and automated upsell detection for Sales and Customer Success teams. I also focused on optimizing lead scoring for marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google. Throughout my time at Datadog, I have driven cross-functional collaboration and scaled teams to optimize both delivery and motivation.

During my five years at BlaBlaCar, I founded and led the Data Platform team, which consisted of six software engineers. I was responsible for shaping the team's vision, staffing, and career development while maintaining a high level of technical impact through architectural leadership and mentorship. A major achievement was building an internal Feature Store to support live ML inference for critical functions like fraud detection and dynamic pricing. I also led the migration of our infrastructure to Terraform, optimized GCP cost management, and oversaw multiple Airflow migrations. My role involved rebuilding both frontend and backend tracking systems and developing pipelines for data movement between internal and SaaS tools. Beyond my primary team responsibilities, I represented the data department on the Technical Architecture Committee and helped decompose parts of the PHP monolith. Additionally, I contributed to the company’s growth by improving hiring processes and serving as a technical interviewer.

During my two and a half years as a Software Engineering Consultant at Xebia, I focused on software quality, craftsmanship, and agile methodologies. I contributed to the tech community by writing articles, public speaking, and organizing technical events. My consulting work included three major long-term missions: 

• Sanofi: For seven months, I acted as a Data Engineer, where I built and maintained a batch ingestion system using AWS Lambdas and designed a real-time proof of concept for ingestion pipelines using MQTT and Kinesis. I also advocated for agile practices within the specific constraints of pharmaceutical industry regulations. 

• BNP Paribas: Over a period of one year and two months, I served as a Data and Fullstack Engineer and Technical Leader. I was responsible for designing and developing the Datahub and building an MVP for a Data Catalog, while also mentoring junior engineers to support their technical growth.

• PagesJaunes: I spent seven months as an Android Developer. During this time, I focused on developing the doctor appointment booking feature within the Android app. My technical contributions included refactoring the legacy networking layer and improving overall app quality by resolving a high volume of bugs.
