I played a key role in migrating the Temenos Core Banking system to Avaloq by working on several strategic aspects of the project. I was responsible for mapping Credit data, writing migration and UAT test plans, and conducting tests to ensure a smooth transition.

As project manager for the Credit stream, I participated in requirements review, coordination between the vendor and business teams, and monitoring of issues and fixes. I also led migration meetings and contributed to the implementation of a deliverable and action tracking tool.

In parallel, I conducted end-user training and managed change. I participated in all rehearsals and cutover weekends to secure each stage of the transition.

Finally, I am currently supporting the post-production teams in RUN activities, up to the production of the first regulatory reports.
