My name is Soufiane LOUH, a civil engineering graduate from Polytech'Lille (2015). I am 33 years old and live near Douai in the North of France. With 10 years of experience in project management and transport infrastructure in nationally and internationally renowned companies and projects, I decided in 2026 to launch my company, Kobol Engineering, to offer my services as a consultant for infrastructure development projects. I wish to support Contracting Authorities, Design Offices, and Companies to bring my expertise and support to the realization of your projects. Passionate about civil engineering, project management, and contractual management, I have demonstrated in my previous experiences my ability to guide, control, adapt, and complete various infrastructure renovation and new construction projects.
