Experience in functional analysis, configuration, development, integration, and support of business solutions. Ability to intervene throughout the project lifecycle, from design to production, in demanding and multicultural environments.

• • QA Strategy Leadership: Define and evolve testing best practices (strategy, tooling, automation) in insurance environments under GraphTalk AIA, and actively participate in Agile rituals (sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives).

• • Design and Automation: Design, execute, and automate functional, integration, API, and non-regression tests (NRT) on savings systems, using Selenium, Postman, and Virtuoso in service-oriented architectures.

• • API Expertise: Write and execute API test plans (REST / SOAP), automate scenarios via Postman, and set up reusable collections integrated into CI/CD pipelines to secure inter-application exchanges.

• • Diagnosis and Observability: Analyze application logs and GraphTalk AIA batch processes to diagnose anomalies, and contribute to setting up monitoring and performance tracking indicators.

• • Tracking and Quality: Identify, document, and track anomaly resolution via Jira/Xray, ensuring consistency of flows between contracts, operations, databases, and web services.

• • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Business, and DevOps teams to ensure the robustness, reliability, and performance of life insurance applications.

Development and maintenance of functionalities (ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server), SQL optimization and TMA. Participation in specifications, testing, documentation, and user support, with the implementation of good development and security practices.
