On a freelance assignment with AXIV IT GROUP, I am supporting the group's various entities on different projects:

- Project Manager for a client's ERP, a purchasing platform

- Project Manager for the development of an ERP for a client specializing in equipment rental management

Initially focused on digital technology training, Web Society gradually shifted its strategy towards consulting for growing SMEs and cyber risk prevention since late 2022.

I currently assist company leaders with their organizational challenges related to business growth, the resulting management needs, and the construction of a robust information systems management policy.

With Web Society, we diagnose the existing organizational structure, its limitations, and its automatable/optimizable processes. We propose transformation action plans that can cover the evolution of current tools, the deployment of complementary tools, migration to new tools, employee training, and post-deployment operational support.

I teach a Master 2 audience at Sup de Vinci in Nantes on the Back-end Reinforcement module using NodeJS and React Native technologies.
