As a Data Consultant within the electricity customer portfolio team, I led the digital transformation of management tools by designing modern data solutions tailored to business needs.

My responsibilities included:

- Technical lead and project manager for digital transformation: migrating Excel tools to modern business applications.

- Development of interactive R Shiny applications and Power BI dashboards.

- Implementation of a Python scraping system for automated collection of EEX market prices.

- Design of data processing pipelines on GCP and Databricks.

- Statistical modeling and Machine Learning to support strategic decisions.

- Analysis and optimization of existing tools to improve the performance and reliability of processes.

With the densest territorial network in French retail, Intermarché is the leading supermarket chain in France. With 1,840 stores, or one store every 17 km, Intermarché has established itself as a key player in the sector, ranking as the 2nd largest independent retailer in the country.

As a data consultant at EY, within the Supplier Logistics Marketing Performance team, I contributed to solving logistical problems identified by the teams, thus providing concrete solutions to optimize the company's operational performance.

My responsibilities included:

• Development of additional features for a penalty management tool.

• User training for the tool.

• Optimization of the tool's scripts to handle large volumes of data.

• Migration of Python and R scripts to PySpark.

• Correction of Consistency tests to ensure the quality of reporting.

• Development of a bulk email sending tool.

• Evolution of a Power BI Dashboard to accommodate new needs.

• Automation of script execution.

As a data consultant at EY, within the Marketing Efficiency & Revenue Management team, I was responsible, with the team I led, for the RUN of data used in the dashboard aimed at optimizing marketing spend. The tasks performed were:

• Leadership of the team in charge of data activities to feed a dashboard used by marketing specialists.

• Collection, cleaning, control, and quality improvement process for data from 17 countries.

• Provision of new data to other company projects.

• Manipulation of large-volume databases (inventory and sales).

• Development of algorithms and analyses in Alteryx and Python to identify potential gains based on management rules defined in workshops.

• Development of new data features and writing specifications for the IT team based in France and India.

• Assistance in creating a Dashboard focused on options selected when purchasing a vehicle.
