Project Management

- Identification and Prioritization of needs with business departments

Reporting to the SDSI (Engineering Department), I was responsible for supporting the Chief Data Officer in setting up the Data Office, implementing Data Governance, the Data Quality process, and data literacy. The Data Governance project is part of the master plan initiated at the end of 2022, with implementation starting in early 2023.

Data Strategy Definition & Transformation:

- Data Office Constitution: assessment of data maturity in various aspects (organization, dictionary, lineage, data quality, acculturation & change management),

- Inventory, Analysis of the existing situation and Feasibility Study.

- Construction of the Data Governance Strategy and Roadmap for various projects.

Data Strategy Deployment:

- Governance of key data to ensure sharing and maximum exploitation as a strategic asset,

- Data literacy around the roles of the Data Office,

- Process optimization and tool selection (dictionary, lineage, Data quality).

- Identification of data use cases and implementation trajectory to bring business value.

- Contribution to the tool selection for industrializing the Data Governance/MDM system.

- Participation in the construction of the documentation corpus for the industrialization POC.

- Management of business and IT workshops, writing of minutes.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Construction of Data Governance documentation in collaboration with business and IT departments (Business Glossary, Usage Repository, Control Repository, Technical Lineage).

- Construction of the data map (definition and modeling, identification of sources and flows).

- Participation in various remediation plans for projects within the Data Centricity program (CRM, TCC, RPS).

Reporting to the Digital Studio, I was in charge of managing and overseeing climate data. The climate digital platform project, part of the 2025 climate strategy to reduce the carbon footprint, aims to present carbon impacts.
