Project management for the strategic "BEE" project: redesign and migration of 4 CPM workspaces (Payroll, IT, Real Estate, Other Expenses) to a single CCH Tagetik Analytic Information Hub (AIH) workspace for 150 business/finance users.

Objectives: data centralization, harmonization of budget/analytical processes, reliability of OPEX/CAPEX monitoring. Key roles as senior technical-functional expert:

- Agile management: needs scoping, challenging best practices & cross-departmental synergies

- Drafting detailed functional specifications (terms of reference)

- Target design: data model, end-to-end workflows, input masks, IT/HR dashboards

Facilitation of business/MOA/MOE workshops + demos for CFO/CIO

- Organization & monitoring of POC with publisher Wolters Kluwer

- Supervision of 4 developers + level 1 functional acceptance

- Technical-functional arbitration & prioritization

- AIH / Pigment integration (HR payroll)

- Training & change management on standard Tagetik + new features

- Production support: resolution of complex anomalies

Key project: Creation of a Finance data warehouse on EPM Tagetik / Alteryx

- In-depth analysis of functional needs + organization of business workshops with technical support for validation with Product Owner and management

- Design of the integrated model and long-term projections (multi-scenario dynamics)

- Coordination and supervision of Tagetik developments: synergy identification, technical-functional solution optimization

- Training, documentation, and skills transfer to internal management controllers

Finance & Risk Value Chain Outsourcing Project

- ROI analysis + rigorous challenging of outsourcers' assumptions and offers

- Construction of a simplified dynamic financial model over 10 years + executive presentations to the CFO

Long-term projection of bank costs (top-down approach)

- Development of a simplified projection model based on macroeconomic and business assumptions

- Dynamization of OPEX mechanics according to their nature

- Update of HR trajectory and associated personnel costs

Impacts: Creation of a reliable data base for financial management, cost & profitability optimization, strategic decision support for the Financial Department in a context of banking transformation

Management of 3 strategic AIH CCH Tagetik projects: building workspaces to replace manual processes with dynamic solutions, enhanced audit trail, optimization of finance/banking reporting.

Project Consultant Cost Reporting

- Creation of a unified dashboard + common CDG/COO repository

- Reconciliation of CDG/COO for reliable consulting cost monitoring

- Supervision of 2 developers: prioritization, schedule until production

- Management of SteerCo, OpCo, Daily meetings

Transactional & Interest Margin Reporting

- Critical review of needs + budget control

- Supervision of 2 developers + management of priorities/schedule
