Design and management of the International Skills Forum, a space for dialogue and action on employment, training, and talent development in Mauritania.

Mobilization of partners: institutions, companies, NGOs, diasporas, and local stakeholders.

Development of the program: conferences, workshops, B2B meetings, round tables on employability, inclusion, and workforce planning.

Management of communication and visibility for the forum at national and international levels.

Coordination of teams and volunteers, logistical follow-up, and operational organization of the event.

Establishment of diaspora partnerships to promote skills transfer and local development.

Monitoring and evaluation of the forum's outcomes (participation, impact, recommendations)

• Recruitment & onboarding: defining needs, sourcing, conducting interviews, reference checks, managing documents and formalities, integration and follow-up of new employees.

• Strategic workforce planning (GPEC): analysis of internal needs, skills mapping, support for mobility, and career development planning.

• Coaching & employability: individual support, interview preparation, career path development, and self-confidence building.

• Employer branding & retention: developing attractiveness strategies, improving employee experience, career management, and talent retention.

• Organizing HR events: forums on inclusion, employability, apprenticeships, and future jobs, both in France and Africa.
